Qualifications/Requirements:
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) with the Operations Head.
- Lead the recruiting team and report on its performance.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics/KPIs.
- Implement and develop new sourcing and recruiting methods.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Conducts end-to-end sourcing, recruiting, and endorsing of candidates across all the requirements/demands.
- Other recruitment projects that maybe assigned.
Finance Associate

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business related courses: Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, BIR-Tax Filing and Financial Analysis.
- Currently living or can relocate in Metro Manila preferably in Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Caloocan, Quezon City and Manila.
